Jodi Cofer, Veterinary Technician             

Currently a full-time student at Liberty University in pursuit of her Masters Degree; Jodi works part-time here at LACC.  What little spare time she has is spent with her husband & daughter.  They are very active in their church & spend as much time as possible outdoors.  Their family also includes four cats, a dog, a Cheviot sheep & a Nigerian Pygmy goat. 

 

  

Patricia Craig, Kennel Staff          

Joining us in 2007, "Trish" is a wonderful addition to our staff.  Trish spends her "spare" time raising her family and their cat, Aslan.

 

 

Suhad El Helou, Certified Vet Tech             

Born in Montevideo, Suhad emigrated to Atlanta in 2009 to be close to her grandchildren Isabella, Tyler, Sophia & Leah (due to make her entrance December 2011). Although she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, knitting & is a soccer fan, time spent with her grandchildren is definitely the highlight of any day. She loves being a grandmother!  Her family also includes three dogs, a cat & a bird.



 

Patricia Estrada, Client Services                 

Born in Brooklyn, NY Patricia was raised in Los Angeles, CA where she graduated from Palisades Charter High School.  Now living in Lawrenceville, GA Patricia is pursuing her goal of attending Georgia State, once she finishes at Georgia Perimeter, to continue her education.  She has three dogs (Turbo, Peach, Peluchin); one of which is an accomplished escape artist!!  Bi-lingual, she enjoys reading everything from biographies to fiction in both languages.

Laurel Fee, Office Manager             

After indulging her desire for change (Georgia is the seventh state she has lived in) Laurel finally settled down in Stone Mountain in 1994 to be near her family. She joined the team at LACC in March of 1997 putting her background in accounting, purchasing, general office management and her deep love of animals to good use.   Although she has now moved to Daytona Beach, FL she still functions as Office Manager through telecommuting.  She has 5 cats, Lizzie B, Jackson, Molly B, Maggie & Max.

   

 

     Amy & Josh Ledesma, Kennel Staff             

Amy joined the LACC family first, then Josh.  While both function as Kennel Staff, Amy also works relief in Client Services.  They are truly valued members of our family. Both are Georgia natives; Amy plans on furthering her education but not just yet.  Josh has a diploma in Medical Assisting & plans to return to school to get a Nursing degree.  They are true animal lovers & enjoy being with their five dogs, four cats, fish & bird along with 24 reptiles.  Amy is an accomplished cake decorator; Josh is bi-lingual & plays guitar & both enjoy the outdoors and video games.

     

Brittany Nelson, Client Services

 A native Georgian, Brittany is enrolled at Gwinnett Tech for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.  She loves traveling, knitting,  playing with her two kitties & watching Auburn football.  She is also a Braves and Falcons fan.

  

 

Leslye Pinnell, Kennel Mgr/Groomer  

A truly welcome addition, Leslye joined our staff in June of 2003. Educated in South Africa she relocated to Georgia to be closer to her passion, Border Collie herding competitions. An accomplished competitor, Leslye has participated in competitions all across the USA. Leslye and her husband, Jeff, spend a lot of time playing with and taking care of their fur family which consists of Jet, a Schipperke, Cedric the Cat and a Jack Russell Terrier named West.  Besides her Kennel Manager duties, Leslye is also our groomer.

       

 

Ben Skelley, Kennel Staff                       

Born in Illinois, Ben's family moved to Georgia when he was 3.   In college now, Ben is heavily involved with the Drama Department.  His vacations and holidays are spent working here at LACC.  He also enjoys reading, video games and spending time with his dog, Betsy.

Teresa Vega, Veterinary Technician

Born in New York, Teresa attended school in California where she received her Technicians License.  Between  caring for her three children and seven pets she is working on transferring that certification to Georgia.  Apart from furthering her career, Teresa enjoys bowling and spending time with family, friends and pets.
