RESCUES CURRENTLY IN NEED OF LOVING HOMES

Special Needs Kitten

Maggie is a stray that showed up at one of our client's home.  From our client:  Maggie is as beautiful as she is sweet. She is about  6 months old female creme calico. She is a  lap cat that loves to lay on your chest and just purr away. She is spayed and current on all shots. She is FELV positive and needs to be with other positives or as an only cat. She is healthy and playful and eats well. She is being treated with Vit C and Moducare to build her immune system.  She gets along well with other cats, and is pretty good with dogs also.  I am not able to keep her because of my 3 other negative cats. Quality of life is more important than length of life but Felv cats can live long, healthy lives. Right now she is pretty isolated in the garage and this can not be a permanent situation. I bring the outside cats in the garage when weather is bad, which is a lot lately, so they have been stuck outside. With the increasing bad weather I need to place her as soon as possible so my poor other kitties can get out of the rain and cold. Hans

Dachshund,TerrierMix

DOB: March 15, 2009 (approx)

Hans is super sweet, playful, and loves giving you lots of puppy kisses! He loves to run and play with other small dogs, enjoys his stuffed toys and ball. He holds his potty, and will go on the paper only if he has to. But he's still young. He weighed 12 lbs at 5 mos. and will probably stay right at 20 lbs. Hans is an absolutely wonderful little guy and would love to be a new member of your family!!

Adoption Procedure

Our pets who are available for adoption change constantly. Please call us at 770-682-0682 for a list of our current pets.

We are frequently the recipients of living “gifts” left on our doorstep ~ puppies & kittens seem to find us with alarming regularity!!

Potential adopters must fill out and sign a form stating that they will spay/neuter their new pet if it has not already been done; keep them current on vaccines, and keep cats as indoor pets. A donation is suggested which helps to cover all vaccines and lab tests that have been done up to their adoption date. All cats have tested negative for feline leukemia and aids.
